Nexium can make you feel less hungry or less full. You may also drink alcohol or try to lessen the amount of stomach acid that you take by drinking more fluids. Limit your time in the bedroom and use the time that you usually spend in the bedroom.
Nexium is for use by adults and children 12 years and over.
The dosage is based on your age, weight, medical condition, or allergies you have, and the type of Nexium you take. To make an accurate dosage, your doctor may start with Nexium 24HR for 14 days, gradually increasing to ensure that the drug is working properly.
Nexium may take between 3 to 6 months to start working. If Nexium is right for you, your doctor may also change your dose or start with a lower dose (e.g., one tablet per day).

If symptoms persist or recur within 2 weeks of completing the course, consult your doctor. Further examination may be required.
